• Return Policy
  The Charming Charlie return policy is as follows: merchandise can be returned up to 14 days (with tags and receipt) after purchase. Gift cards can not be returned or exchanged for cash.
• Vendor Opportunities 
  If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please send a product sample to the address below. The appropriate buyer will contact you if interested.
• Franchise Inquiries
  We're flattered by your request, but we are not franchising and have no plans to franchise at this time.

• Online Store or Catalog
  We currently do not have an online store and won't for some time as we are focused on coming to a city near you. In addition, as our merchandise changes so frequently, we are incapable of featuring a catalog at this time.
• Merchandise Locator
  If you are looking for specific item, the store can locate it if the item number is available. However, please note that the stores can not ship items at this time.
• Upcoming Locations
  For a list of our most current new locations as well as the next few new prospective locations, please visit our locations page. Unfortunately, we can't share where our new locations are going to be until we are 100% sure we are going to be there (and it takes a while to work everything out)
• Charming Charlie Stock
  Charming Charlie is privately held,  not public, so no stock is available.

  We currently do not have a catalog.
