Covid 19 - A Letter to Our Customers

To our customers and communities nation-wide:

We hope you all are hanging in there during this time.

To maintain the efforts to socially distance and do our part where we can, we will delay all planned charming charlie store openings until July/August, while remaining open to potential changes. This was an incredibly sad (and difficult) decision – but the right one.

So, what now? We wait! As hard as it is. But please know that we can’t wait to reopen our doors, shop with you inside our stores, and enjoy the whole experience with you in-person very soon. But until then, let’s follow the rules of all our government officials to do what we need to say ‘goodbye’ to Covid-19.

Are charming charlie stores still closed? When will they open?
We’ve decided to push back our retail store opening dates to July/August, or until further notice, based on guidance from government officials and t protect and care for our communities.

Is charmingcharlie.com still open?

Are your shipping facilities open? Should I expect a delay with my order?
Our shipping facility is still open. It’s important to note we are following all CDC protocols and regular deep cleanings. You may experience shipping delays, as we have implemented a social distancing plan as a precaution for our distribution teams. This may temporarily slow down processing.
